In the tumultuous and dangerous city of Milan in the 1970s, a group of criminals led by a ruthless mafia boss, known for his cunning and lack of scruples, faces the relentless police force. The film follows a police officer, a tenacious and determined man, who struggles to maintain order amid the chaos that reigns in the streets. As crimes occur at an alarming rate, the pressure on the police increases and tensions among the officers intensify.

The protagonist finds himself caught between his duty and the growing corruption within his own department, where some of his colleagues are more interested in their personal interests than in delivering justice. At the same time, the city turns into a battleground where ideals of justice clash with the reality of violence and fear.

In his quest to dismantle the mafia, the officer delves into a dark world of conspiracies, betrayals, and revenge. Every move he makes could be his last, as the criminals will stop at nothing to protect their secrets. With a tense narrative filled with twists, this story explores the limits of loyalty and moral ambiguity in a broken society, where the line between good and evil is constantly blurred. The struggle of this police officer becomes a reflection of the internal conflict of a city trapped in violence and despair.
