In a charming neighborhood of an American city in the early 20th century, Ann is a lively young girl who always finds a way to bring life to the daily routine with her antics and ideas. From her small home, where she lives with her single mother, she observes the world around her with curiosity and a boundless adventurous spirit. Ann is known for her wit and her knack for getting into trouble, but her big heart makes her the soul of the community.

One day, while trying to help her mother sell flowers on the street, Ann finds herself caught up in a chaos of misunderstandings that leads her to befriend a group of neighborhood kids. Together, they start devising unusual plans, from creating a "mystery club" to wacky adaptations of classic plays that they perform in the park. However, their shenanigans also attract the attention of a grumpy local store owner, who becomes their rival.

With a mix of laughter and excitement, Ann and her friends face various situations that test their courage and ingenuity. Throughout the film, we learn about the importance of friendship, family, and imagination. As Ann's antics turn into life lessons, she shows that, although things may sometimes seem chaotic, there is beauty in the fun and love we share with those around us.
