In this romantic comedy of errors, we follow the life of an advertising executive in New York who leads a double life between his boring, uptight wife and a young mistress who provides him with the excitement he craves. Despite his hectic schedule and the chaos of the advertising world, he manages to steal moments with his mistress in a luxurious hotel in the city. However, things complicate when his wife, who begins to suspect that her husband is hiding something, decides to surprise him at one of his "meetings" in the hotel.

The plot unfolds hilariously as the protagonist's plans fall apart, leaving him caught between two women who represent different aspects of his life. With witty dialogue and absurd situations, the characters reveal their insecurities and hidden desires, as the hotel becomes a microcosm where all secrets are on the verge of coming to light.

Everything becomes even more complicated with the unexpected appearance of a work friend who, unknowingly, becomes a new catalyst for confusion. The film explores themes of infidelity, commitment, and the pursuit of happiness, in a light yet reflective tone. In the end, the protagonist must make decisions that will change the course of his life, and he may discover that the truth is more liberating than the lies he has woven. With a charismatic cast, this classic captures the essence of 1960s comedy with its wit and charm.
