In an old and gloomy mansion, a famous pianist is left paralyzed after a mysterious accident. As his life crumbles, his right hand becomes an obstacle; his ex-wife, eager to seize his fortune, and a group of intriguing characters, including a doctor obsessed with the occult, crawl like shadows in his surroundings. However, the true horror begins when the pianist's hand, now dead, seems to come to life and starts to stalk those who seek his wealth.

The atmosphere grows increasingly tense when it is revealed that the pianist had been involved in esoteric practices, and his hand, with five eager fingers, seeks revenge. At first, everyone believes it is merely the troubled mind of a man on his deathbed, but it quickly becomes evident that something supernatural is at play. Friends, enemies, and lovers become ensnared in a web of paranoia as they attempt to unravel the mystery of the dismembered hand and its dark powers.

As the plot intensifies, psychological terror and suspense intertwine, pushing the characters to the brink of madness. What initially seemed to be a story of intrigue and betrayal transforms into a desperate fight for survival, where every lethal decision could awaken the horror lurking in the shadows of the house. The key to stopping this unsettling force may lie in the pianist's own story and his darkest secrets.
