The Black Belly of the Tarantula

In a quiet Italian town, an enigmatic serial killer spreads terror among the residents by unleashing a series of brutal crimes. The plot follows a passionate yet somewhat clumsy investigative journalist who becomes the target of the mysterious criminal after witnessing a murder at an art exhibition. His famed instinct leads him to get more involved than planned, straining his ties with the local police, who, frustrated, fail to decipher the clues left by the killer.

As he delves deeper into the case, the journalist gathers a group of friends and colleagues, each with their own secrets, who help him unravel a dark web of deception and betrayal that extends beyond what he could imagine. The clues guide him through a labyrinth of tension, where the plot twists never relent, and the line between friend and foe dangerously blurs.

At the same time, the mysterious past of the killer begins to surface. His modus operandi, often reckless yet always calculated, captures the attention of the media and society. However, the journalist must confront not only the challenge of solving the series of murders but also his own vulnerability. In a race against time, he will come to realize that the truth can be more deadly than he ever imagined, and that sometimes, fear can be closer than it seems.
