In this funny romantic comedy, we meet a dazzling and oblivious woman named Billie Dawn, who lives in a world of luxury and excess, courtesy of her partner, a construction magnate named Harry. However, her glamorous life is marked by superficiality, leaving her trapped in a toxic and manipulative environment. One day, Harry decides that his girlfriend needs to be "polished" a bit to impress his business associates.

To achieve this, he hires a journalist with an unconventional approach, who becomes Billie's mentor. As he exposes her to the world of culture, politics, and knowledge, Billie begins to question not only her life but also her relationship with Harry. What starts as a project to educate a woman convinced that her place is that of a superficial lover soon turns into a personal transformation that challenges expectations.

As her feelings develop, Billie struggles with the truths that emerge about her life and the love she feels for the journalist, who treats her as a person with potential, not just as a trophy. The story is a mix of laughter and emotional moments as Billie navigates her personal evolution and the search for true happiness. The film raises questions about self-identity and authenticity in relationships, all with a charming touch of humor that captivates the audience.
