In a small town affected by the aftermath of World War I, a group of idealistic young people comes together to revive the spirit of unity and fight for a common cause. Led by a charismatic veteran returning from the front, the protagonists face the apathy of their neighbors, who feel lost in the reconstruction of their lives. Harnessing their passion and energy, they decide to organize a series of community activities, from peace awareness campaigns to fundraising events for injured soldiers.
As their movement gains traction, the ideals of love, loyalty, and commitment begin to spark in the community, but not everything is coming up roses. Internal frictions arise among the group members, some of whom have differing visions on how to achieve their goals. Tensions mount when an old rival of the emerging leader attempts to sabotage their efforts, exploiting the distrust of some neighbors who still long for the past.
