In a bustling city, a clumsy watch thief becomes the target of a frantic chase after a robbery that seems straight out of a comedy of errors. After stealing a watch, chaos ensues involving a string of eccentric characters, from a group of police officers to a gang of ne'er-do-wells. The hilarious confusion begins when the thief, trying to escape, gets caught up in a series of absurd situations involving law enforcement officials and unsuspecting citizens, all running after him. Meanwhile, his only hope for success lies in a woman who watches him from a distance, caught between attraction and morality.

With scenes full of slapstick and a breakneck pace, the story explores misunderstandings, coincidences, and the ironies of urban life. As the plot unfolds, each character adds their own dose of madness, from a stiff cop trying to impose order who ends up becoming the star of his own blunders, to the most persistent of thieves, who despite his clumsiness, manages to come out on top in some situations. The film culminates in a climax where the thief faces his fate, blending laughter with a bit of tension, leaving the audience on the edge of their seats. With humor that transcends time, this comedy is a carnival of situations where nothing is as it seems.
