A group of strangers wakes up in a maze of cubical rooms, but this time it's not the same deadly game faced by the protagonists of the first movie. In this new and terrifying setting, the rules are different, and the geometry of the place defies all laws of physics. Each room is interconnected in unpredictable ways, and the perception of time and space constantly distorts. The characters, a diverse group that includes an engineer, a detective, a person with special abilities, and others, try to combine their strengths to find a way out while dealing with their own fears and personal secrets.

As they delve deeper into the labyrinth, they begin to discover that they are trapped in a simulation that plays with their deepest fears, forcing them to question their own reality. With each room they pass through, new terrifying surprises arise, and they must face the dangers and puzzles that cross their path. Tension mounts when they discover that one of them may not be who they say they are, leading to distrust and paranoia among the group.

Trapped in a psychological and deadly game, they must decide whom to trust and how to work together to survive. The race against time and the unraveling of the mind intertwine in this chilling experience, where every decision could be the last.
