In a small town filled with dark secrets and unsettling mysteries, Libby Day's life begins to unravel when, after the brutal murder of her family in her childhood, she becomes the key witness in the case. Now, years after the terrible event, Libby leads a solitary life marked by trauma, until a group of true crime enthusiasts reaches out to her. Determined to reopen the case, the members of this club convince Libby that the truth is still hidden and that she must confront her past.

As Libby delves into the memories and details of that fateful night, the story intertwines with different perspectives: the testimony of her brother, who was accused of the crime, and the enigmatic figure lurking in the shadows of the case. In her quest to clarify the facts, Libby is forced to confront the lies that have been woven around her, the betrayal, and the horrors she thought were buried.

With a tense atmosphere and a narrative that shifts between the present and the past, this film takes a journey into the darkest corners of the human mind. As revelations accumulate, Libby will discover that the truth can be even more terrifying than fiction, pushing her to the brink between redemption and despair. In her path towards the truth, the ghosts of the past resurface, and Libby must decide how far she is willing to go to confront her fate.
