Day of Wrath

In a small Danish village during World War II, the lives of the inhabitants are shaken by the Nazi occupation. The story follows a group of childhood friends who, although they have taken different paths in life, are forced to reunite when one of them, a brave young man who has become a guerrilla fighter, returns with a dangerous plan to fight against oppression. As rumors of an imminent raid by German forces begin to circulate, the sense of community and loyalty is put to the test.

One of the friends, a pacifist who has always believed in nonviolent resistance, finds himself at a moral crossroads. He must decide whether to join the violent struggle or challenge his friends and seek a more peaceful solution. The tension escalates when a forgotten love resurfaces between two of the characters, further complicating the situation. As the village divides between those who support the resistance and those who fear the consequences, friendship and betrayal emerge at every corner.

Amidst intrigue and desperation, the group must confront not only external enemies but also their own internal fears and doubts. This profound and moving story explores the struggle for freedom and the price that must be paid for it, while hope still shines in the darkness of oppression.
