In the turbulent era of American politics in the 1970s, two teenage girls, Betsy and Arlene, find themselves caught in an unexpected predicament that will change the course of history. They are both fans of pop culture and have a rather naive view of the world, which leads them to stumble upon the Watergate scandal, even though they have never heard it mentioned. It all begins when, after a series of unfortunate events, they accidentally become the confidantes of the President of the United States.

As the girls navigate the maze of politics, their misadventures become a blend of comedy and adventure. With their uninhibited knack for getting into trouble, Betsy and Arlene become unwitting witnesses to a monumental conspiracy that threatens to topple the presidential administration. Despite their lack of knowledge, their impulsive hearts and sharp observations are powerful enough to make an impact, revealing the absurd and chaotic side of politics.

As they try to disentangle themselves from the scandal they have unleashed, the girls realize they are more important than they thought. In an intriguing mix of satirical comedy and social critique, this story highlights the madness of politics and how sometimes, the most unexpected events can shape history. Get ready to laugh and reflect on the intricate dance of power, all from a hilarious and youthful perspective.
