In a remote Italian village, a group of people finds themselves trapped in a deadly snare following a festival that turns darker than anyone could have imagined. The story follows a young man and his sister, who arrive drawn by the village’s famous food festival. However, what begins as a festive celebration quickly morphs into a nightmare from which no one can escape.

While the villagers appear friendly and welcoming, the truth behind their hospitality gradually reveals itself: the community harbors a dark secret involving macabre rituals. The mystery unravels when the protagonist discovers that the festivities are linked to a sinister cult that worships human flesh. As tension and madness rise, the characters are forced to fight for their survival in a deadly game, where trust turns to betrayal and sanity spirals into insanity.

With a visceral approach and a claustrophobic atmosphere, the film combines horror and social satire, exploring themes such as the violation of innocence and dehumanization in the name of tradition. The mirrors of culinary populism reflect a world where hedonism leads to destruction. Thus, this story becomes a harrowing journey through human madness, leaving a profound mark on the psyche of those who dare to indulge in the pleasures of the flesh.
