In a Germany marked by the propaganda and ideology of the Third Reich, two young Germans find themselves on the dark path of indoctrination. The story follows Hans and Greta, siblings who, at first, view life through an innocent lens. However, as the Nazi regime creeps into their lives, they become trapped in an educational process that transforms their perspective and their humanity.
The film explores how education becomes a tool of control and manipulation. From the influence of school to the pervasive propaganda, Hans and Greta are shaped by teachings that exalt racial superiority and war. With every lesson, the siblings' innocence fades as they are pushed to embrace a destructive ideology that places the State above their own family and values.
Throughout the narrative, the impact of dehumanization is depicted, highlighting the internal conflict faced by Hans, who, despite efforts to fit into the rigid mold of Nazism, begins to question what he has been taught. Greta, on the other hand, is more susceptible to being swayed by propaganda. With striking animation and a heartbreaking message, this work serves as a powerful reflection of how a system can strip individuals of their humanity, while unsettling questions about responsibility and free will emerge in a world governed by fear.
