In a magical and ethereal setting, the story of a young woman named Selma unfolds, as she feels trapped between the real world and a fascinating realm of fantasy. One afternoon, while walking through an enchanted forest, she encounters a mystical faun who invites her to explore his world. This being, representing both temptation and the beauty of nature, awakens in Selma a longing for freedom and the simple pleasures of life.

As Selma delves deeper into this new world, she faces dilemmas about what she truly desires: true love or the uninhibited and wild life that the faun offers her. On her journey, she discovers magical creatures, dreamlike landscapes, and a sense of belonging she has never experienced before. However, as her connection with the faun deepens, an internal conflict also arises. The duality of her life becomes unsustainable as she contends with the pressures of her home and the expectations of society.

The film's visual style evokes a feeling of dreaminess and nostalgia, drawing the audience into a poetic journey. As the climax approaches, Selma must make a crucial decision: to accept the security of her known life or to plunge into the unknown, embracing the magic and liberation that her new love offers her. The emotions between realism and fantasy reach their peak, generating reflections on desire, identity, and the price of freedom.
