In a small and peaceful community, the life of a young couple takes an unexpected turn when their first child arrives in the world. The mother, a dreamy woman full of hopes, feels that motherhood is the fulfillment of her greatest desire. However, as the infant grows, the tensions and challenges of everyday life begin to weigh heavily on their relationship. The mother’s frustration due to the limited opportunities available to her prompts her to reevaluate her wishes, while the father feels overwhelmed by the burden of his work responsibilities and the pressure of being the family's pillar.

Through a series of emotional and painful situations, the film explores the effects of love, ambition, and sacrifice on each of their lives. The couple tries to find a balance between their individual dreams and the expectations of being parents. As they face difficulties, they experience moments of joy and melancholy that lead them to question their relationship and the values that govern their lives.

The story unfolds at a pace that evokes the raw emotions of family life, immersing the viewer in an introspective journey. With a distinctive visual style and a powerful portrayal of family bonds, the film reveals the dilemma of wanting the best for their child while struggling not to lose themselves along the way. As the plot progresses, the couple must decide what it truly means to be a family.
