In a small New York restaurant, the life of Frankie, a disenchanted waitress, takes an unexpected turn when Johnny, a newcomer chef with a complicated past, enters her life. Frankie is a woman who has shielded herself from the pain and disappointments that love can bring, and her heart is armored behind a series of failed relationships. But Johnny, with his charisma and carefree outlook on life, begins to slowly break down those walls.

Johnny, who is trying to leave behind a history of mistakes and poor decisions, is drawn to the melancholic beauty of Frankie. Despite their differences, the two are pushed to explore the connection that blossoms between them, diving into a whirlwind of insecurities and personal discoveries. Johnny is optimistic and seeks love, while Frankie grapples with the fear of opening up and letting someone back into her life.

As the night unfolds in the restaurant, amidst dishes and conversations full of chemistry, both characters reveal their vulnerabilities and hopes. Will Frankie learn to trust in love again, or will the ghost of her past continue to haunt her? This simple yet profound story offers an intimate portrait of what it means to love and fear at the same time, delivering moments of tenderness and laughter that will resonate long after the credits start to roll.
