In this unsettling story, we follow a married couple, Simon and Robyn, who decide to start a new life in a California suburb. Happiness seems within reach, until an unexpected encounter with an old acquaintance of Simon's, Gordo, sets off a series of events that will test not only their relationship but also their mental peace.

Gordo, a lonely and somewhat strange man, begins to appear in Simon and Robyn's lives in increasingly disturbing ways. At first, his gestures seem harmless; he brings gifts to the couple and is friendly. But soon it becomes clear that there is something sinister behind his kindness. Simon feels uncomfortable and is determined to distance himself from the past, but Robyn, curious by nature, begins to delve into Gordo's history and his old wounds.

As the plot unfolds, we begin to uncover dark and shameful secrets from Simon's life that have never before come to light. Tensions rise, and psychological manipulations turn the protagonists' lives into a rollercoaster of emotions. In a game of revenge and forgiveness, the film poses the question: how far would you be willing to go to protect your loved ones from your own ghosts? The atmosphere grows increasingly oppressive, leading us to a climax that redefines the boundaries of guilt and redemption.
