In a world where success is measured in sales and failure is as common as cold coffee, a group of real estate agents finds themselves trapped in a survival game in the frantic city of Chicago. It all begins when a mysterious and ruthless boss gives them an ultimatum: they must close deals or face termination. Willing to do anything to keep their jobs, the salespeople become embroiled in fierce competition, filled with lies, deceit, and desperation.

Among them is Shelley Levene, a veteran struggling to regain his former glory, and Ricky Roma, a charismatic young man who knows how to manipulate people to get what he wants. There's also the cynical Dave Moss, who devises a plan to steal clients from his colleagues, and the submissive George Aaronow, who feels trapped and without options. As the days go by, tensions rise, and true personalities emerge, revealing the lack of ethics and boundless ambition in this cutthroat sales world.

With intense dialogue and a charged atmosphere, this film explores human relationships in the workplace, showing how the pressure for success can bring out the worst in everyone. Amid an impending collapse, each character must grapple with their own decisions and the morality of their actions, questioning how far they are willing to go for success.
