A group of television producers ventures into an abandoned old psychiatric hospital, determined to film an episode of their popular "ghost hunting" show. With a team that includes the charismatic yet arrogant host, Lance Preston, and his group of friends, they attempt to capture paranormal phenomena that they promise will keep their audience on the edge of their seats. At first, all they manage to capture are a few unsettling sounds and an intriguing atmosphere, but gradually, the mood begins to grow heavy and oppressive.
As night falls, what seemed like a mere game of lights and noises turns into a true nightmare. The team members discover that the hospital is trapped in some kind of time loop, with doors disappearing and the environment changing in a chilling manner. They soon realize that they are not alone; dark forces lurk around every corner. As madness takes over, the trust between the group begins to crumble, testing their minds and their will to escape.
As the terror intensifies and the participants find themselves trapped in a constant game of cat and mouse with supernatural entities, one question remains: will they be able to escape with their lives and tell their story, or will they become another of the legends that haunt the sinister hospital? The experience will be the most terrifying of their lives, and what was once a simple television show turns into a desperate struggle for survival.
