In the midst of World War II, a field hospital in Britain becomes the setting for a mysterious murder that shakes everyone who works there. During a surgical operation, a doctor is found dead, and intrigue quickly sets in among the staff. With tension as the backdrop, the doctors and nurses struggle not only against the wounds of the soldiers but also against the fear that invades the sanatorium.

The story focuses on a young surgeon who finds himself drawn into the investigation of the crime and must navigate the personalities of a cast of suspects, each with their own secrets and dark motives. Amidst the nervousness and paranoia, the characters question themselves and each other, uncovering old grudges and rivalries.

As the surgeon becomes more involved in the case, he discovers that the murderer may be closer than he thought. The situation complicates, and the clues seem to intertwine dangerously, creating a cat-and-mouse game in which anyone could be the next to fall. With a shocking final twist, the film blends dark humor and suspense, keeping the viewer on the edge of their seat as it unravels a plot full of unexpected turns and tension. A story that reveals how, even in the chaos of war, mystery and human emotions are unbreakable.
