In a bustling repair shop, a handyman named Andy faces life with a carefree attitude and a complete lack of luck. With his immense ability to fix everything from clocks to appliances, Andy is the king of DIY, but his constant misadventures often get him into trouble. His life takes an unexpected turn when he becomes the target of a group of mobsters who are looking to retrieve a valuable cash spill that Andy has accidentally recovered.

As Andy attempts to navigate around the gangsters, his life becomes even more complicated when he falls in love with the charming but naive Betty, the daughter of the workshop owner. Betty finds herself at a crossroads, as her father wants her to marry a brilliant but boring mechanic who is only interested in fame and status. Meanwhile, Andy struggles to prove that his wit and carefree nature are what Betty truly needs in her life.

With a blend of physical comedy and charming romance, Andy soon becomes the unexpected hero in the fight against crime. As the plot unfolds, he not only faces the mobsters but also realizes that his true talent lies in being who he really is. The film culminates in an exciting climax where love and cleverness unite to show that sometimes, the heart and ingenuity are more powerful than any weapon.
