The Holy Mountain

In a surreal and dreamlike world, a group of peculiar characters embarks on a journey to a sacred mountain where enlightenment and the fulfillment of their deepest desires are promised. The story begins with a thief who, after a mystical encounter with a higher power, becomes the leader of a group of outcasts seeking to escape the oppression of daily routine. Each member of this quirky tribe is searching for redemption or some kind of revelation, from a noble drawn out of his mortal accounting to a homeless woman yearning for lost love.

Throughout the journey, the characters face a series of trials and allegories that blur the line between reality and fantasy. Along the way, they encounter a number of enigmatic figures, including a magician and an ancient deity, who challenge their beliefs and push them to question their own existence. With each step toward the summit of the mountain, the story transforms into a social satire, questioning the values of society and the search for the meaning of life.

The film, filled with symbolism and stunning visuals, invites the viewer to reflect on human nature and our darkest desires. With a visual style that defies conventions, the work becomes a spiritual and emotional journey, where they will ultimately discover that true enlightenment may be closer than they ever imagined.
