In a world where aliens have conquered Earth, a race known as the Boov has taken control, forcing humans to abandon their homes while they settle on a new planet. One of the Boov, named Oh, is a clumsy and eccentric alien who only seeks to fit into his new society, but often finds himself in trouble due to his lack of common sense.
However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he accidentally sends a message that catches the attention of his compatriots, turning him into a fugitive. In his attempt to escape and find a safe place, Oh crosses paths with Tip, a smart and brave teenager who has been left alone after the arrival of the Boov. Tip, driven by the hope of finding her mother, refuses to let an alien interfere with her mission.
