In a mix of comedy and hijinks very much in the style of its predecessors, a group of frustrated friends decides to take control of their lives after having terrible work experiences. Dale, Kurt, and Nick, tired of working for individuals who have no idea what it means to be a decent boss, decide to start their own business. Hoping to be their own bosses and free themselves from the heavy burden of working for others, they come up with an innovative idea that promises to be a success.
However, things donβt go as expected. After being tricked by a cunning investor who steals their idea, they find themselves in a bind. Not willing to let the situation spiral out of control, they devise a crazy plan to kidnap the investor's son and force him to buy their product. What starts as a desperate attempt to regain control of their lives turns into a series of comedic misunderstandings, chases, and even a bit of action.
As the plan unfolds, the friends find themselves caught up in increasingly absurd situations, testing their friendship and their ability to think on their feet. With an impressive cast and a plot full of unexpected twists, the movie promises laughter as the protagonists try once again to escape from their own creation in a whirlwind of hilarity and chaos.
