Idiot in Paris

  • Log in or register to post comments

On a sunny Parisian morning, a charming provincian, known for his naivety and his misfortune in relationships, embarks on a journey to the capital of France with the dream of finding true love. His name is, ironically, a reflection of his nature: a true "simpleton" who goes with the flow of life without realizing the complications around him. As he explores the vibrant city, he finds himself immersed in the hustle and bustle of urban life, a world of lights and shadows that leaves him both dazzled and confused.

During his odyssey, he encounters a colorful cast of characters: from an ambitious artist seeking her big break to a group of young bohemians who embrace a carefree lifestyle. Each encounter offers him lessons about life, love, and friendship, although many of them end in comedic situations and misunderstandings that his innocent heart fails to grasp.

As time goes on, our protagonist begins to question his perception of love and his beliefs. However, the ending surprises both him and everyone else; instead of the sweet love story he had imagined, he is forced to confront the harsh reality of his own existence. Amidst laughter and tears, the boy from the provinces learns that every corner of Paris has its own story to tell, and perhaps love is not always what one expects.
