In a rural village in Europe, just after World War II, the echoes of war still resonate in the lives of its inhabitants. A group of young people, tormented by disturbing memories and the uncertainty of an unpredictable future, embarks on a journey toward redemption and hope. The story follows a group of friends who decided to leave behind mourning and sadness, seizing a brief respite of calm to gather in their old refuge, an isolated forest that used to be their escape.

As they explore the grounds that once brought them joy, tensions begin to surface. Each of them carries their own demons: a soldier struggling to reconcile with the decisions he made during the war, a young woman who lost her family, and a dreamer aspiring for a better future but trapped in the past. As the night progresses, the atmosphere becomes increasingly unsettling, and revelations about their worn experiences begin to emerge, testing their friendship.

The forest, which initially symbolized liberation, transforms into a setting for emotional confrontation. Laughter fades, and unconfessable secrets arise. As dawn approaches, these friends must confront their traumas and find a way to heal together before the light of day reveals not only their past but also a path toward the future.
