In a small town in the 1930s, the competition for the heart of the charming Maureen heats up as two men find themselves in an unexpected love and training triathlon. The first is Charlie, a clumsy but well-meaning shoe salesman who has spent his life trying to be the best at something, and the second is Joe, an arrogant and athletic personal trainer who is confident that he can win Maureen over with his charisma and muscles.

The plot unfolds in a hilarious back-and-forth of comedic situations as both men decide to sign up for a fitness competition organized by the local gym. As the rivalry intensifies, their training sessions turn into real adventures, with Charlie constantly tripping over his own lack of skill while attempting impossible stretches, while Joe focuses solely on his image and ego.

With Maureen's support, as she wonders who among them truly cares for her, Charlie begins to discover his true potential while facing his insecurities. There will be laughter, misunderstandings, and a major event that puts everything on the line. In the end, not only will the true fitness champion be defined, but it will also be revealed who has the biggest heart. Will physical strength triumph over tenderness and perseverance? Get ready for a fun and heartwarming climax that will leave the audience with a smile!
