In a vibrant 1920s London, a young and mischievous orphan named Kitty dreams of escaping her harsh reality. Having lived in an orphanage since she was very small, her life takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with a charming con artist who sees in her the potential to help him with his latest scheme. Together, they embark on a series of adventures through the city streets, where Kitty discovers the world beyond the walls of the orphanage and the true meaning of freedom.

As Kitty immerses herself in this new world, she also faces the complications of adult life, including the moral dilemmas that come with her partner's mischief. Drawn to the glamour and excitement of urban life, her heart is torn between loyalty to her new friend and her desire to build a solid future. Through extravagant encounters with colorful characters and hilarious situations, Kitty begins to realize that life is not just fun and games.

However, reality can be harsh, and dreams often clash with a ruthless world. As the fate of the two protagonists becomes unexpectedly intertwined, Kitty must make difficult decisions that will define her life. This touching story captures the struggle for identity, freedom, and, above all, the quest for a true home in an ever-changing world.
