On a magical St. Patrick's night, a wicked leprechaun has escaped from his prison to seek his ideal girlfriend, and he will stop at nothing to get her. The story begins when Dan O’Grady, a man who had caught the leprechaun years ago, tells the legend to his friend, but of course, no one believes him. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, a group of young people is getting ready to celebrate the greenest day of the year at an epic party. However, what starts as a night of fun quickly turns into a nightmare.
The leprechaun, with a sense of humor as twisted as his fashion sense, has a special talent for ensnaring his victims in deadly traps, all while searching for a girl who carries his coveted "pure" Irish blood, a requirement to make her his wife. When the young Bridget, one of the partygoers, becomes his target, Dan and his friends must join forces to confront this malevolent creature.
As the number of victims rises, the guys realize they must act quickly if they want to stop the leprechaun before he achieves his goal. With a bit of ingenuity and a lot of dark humor, the group embarks on a wild race against time, where laughs and scares go hand in hand in this surreal adventure filled with unexpected twists.
