Set against an atmosphere of debauchery and decay in 1930s Germany, the story follows a handsome young man named Herbert, who finds himself caught between the irresistible allure of a mysterious femme fatale and the carefree nature of bohemian life. Herbert is an artist in search of inspiration for his next work, and his life takes a tumultuous turn when he meets the seductive actress Marlene. Their fiery and toxic romance pushes him to the brink, leading him to explore the dark corners of his own psyche.

The action intensifies when an old lover of Marlene, a dangerous criminal, resurfaces from the past and begins to cast his shadow over her new romance. Herbert becomes entangled in a frenzy of jealousy and insecurities as he tries to protect what he feels is rightfully his. Against the backdrop of a crumbling society, the three characters are pushed into a final confrontation that intertwines love, desire, and inevitable tragedy.

The tension transforms into pure drama, and lurking dangers manifest as Herbert must choose between true love and the madness that surrounds him. With stunning cinematography and a script that blends realism with lyricism, the story explores the limits of passion and the sacrifices one is willing to make in its name. What begins as a vibrant romance soon transforms into a deadly dance with fate.
