In a small coastal town, the life of a young man transforms when his mother, who works at a bar, starts a relationship with a mysterious fisherman. The story revolves around the protagonist, who initially feels displaced and jealous of the attention his mother gives to her new lover. However, the plot takes an unexpected turn when the boy discovers that the fisherman harbors a dark past and a troubling connection to the sea.

Set against the backdrop of a town characterized by its traditions and superstitions, the young man grapples with whether to accept his new "father" or confront the truth that could tear his family apart. As strange phenomena arise along the coast, the boy begins to unravel the mystique surrounding the fisherman and his relationship with the ocean’s secrets. The sound of the waves becomes an echo of his own fears and desires.

The atmosphere of the film is intensely poetic, intertwining the innocence of childhood with the shadows of adulthood. The narrative is enriched by the protagonist's struggle to find his place in a rapidly changing world, facing betrayal, loyalty, and the quest for truth. All of this unfolds under the piercing gaze of the moon, the constant that the young man clings to on his journey of self-discovery. A work that invites reflection on love, loss, and the marks that decisions leave on our lives.
