In a hospital in San Francisco, a young woman begins to experience strange and terrifying symptoms related to a tumor growing on her back. What initially seems like a conventional illness soon turns into a supernatural mystery when a medium is called in to help uncover the truth behind the anomaly. As the medium, who is nothing more than a forced skeptic, delves into the dark and raw spiritual realm, he realizes that the tumor harbors something much more malevolent: an ancient and powerful Native American entity with an insatiable thirst for vengeance.

With time running out, the medium faces a supernatural challenge that endangers not only the woman's life but also that of everyone around her. Through exorcisms and rituals, this journey transforms into a harrowing experience of terror, mysticism, and the struggle for survival. From chilling encounters to unexpected twists, the characters find themselves drawn into an epic battle against forces that defy logic, while the story explores themes of colonialism, spirituality, and the rich cultural heritage of Native tribes.

Amidst an unsettling atmosphere and captivating visual style, it is revealed how the past can continue to haunt the present, intensifying the struggle between the physical and spiritual worlds in a more personal and profound way.
