In a juvenile reform school, a group of troubled boys faces the harsh life of the institution, where the system seems designed to break their spirits. Everything changes when a pragmatic and idealistic new director arrives, who, instead of imposing severe punishments, decides to implement a series of exciting reforms. Each young man has a complicated background that reveals the reasons behind his delinquent behavior, but soon unexpected leadership begins to emerge.

One of the inmates, a cunning and charismatic young man named Danny, becomes the unofficial leader of his group. Clever and rebellious, his actions are always a step ahead of the rules. At first, Danny sees the new leadership as an opportunity to cause more mischief, but as the director sets his plan in motion, he starts to question his own future and the choices he has made.

As the growing friendship and loyalty among the boys strengthen, surprising alliances form and old grudges are revealed. The director seeks not only to reform the young men but also to challenge the system that has incarcerated them. In a dramatic turn of events, a series of incidents tests the new structure of the reform school, and Danny faces a crucial decision: to continue on his path of rebellion or to become the agent of change that his group needs. The story is a gripping journey of redemption and the struggle for freedom, where the hearts and minds of these young men collide with a system designed to keep them in the shadows.
