The Moment to Kill

In a quiet Italian village during World War II, the lives of its inhabitants take a dramatic turn when a German lieutenant brutally murders a young partisan. The news spreads, filling the villagers with rage and pain as they have suffered in silence under the oppression of the Nazi regime. Amidst the emotional chaos, the young man's father, an ordinary man living a peaceful life, decides that the time has come to take justice into his own hands.

As tensions rise, the community is divided between those who support the father's plan and those who fear the consequences of challenging the occupiers. Confronting his own fears, the man embarks on a dangerous mission to find the murderer and bring him to justice, thus initiating a cycle of vengeance that threatens to unleash a series of deadly events.

As the story unfolds, a poignant portrait of the protagonist's internal struggle is revealed, caught between the desire for revenge and the values he has upheld all his life. In a dark and tense narrative, the film explores the depths of human despair, the cost of war, and the fight for morality in times of darkness. Bursting with moments of intense emotion, the work becomes a reflection on the thirst for vengeance and the fragility of what we understand as justice.
