In a dark and troubled Italian city, a dedicated detective is faced with a mysterious killer who has been terrorizing the population. The plot begins with the discovery of a bloodstained medallion at the scene of a brutal crime. This medallion is not only a key clue but also connects the victims to an ancient legend that has given rise to numerous speculations about the bloody cult believed to operate in the shadows.

As the detective follows leads that take him to the underbelly of the city, he encounters a web of corruption, dark interests, and unheard-of secrets that threaten to shake the foundations of his personal and professional life. Amidst this turmoil, a disturbing female figure emerges, whose relationship with the victims seems to be deeper than it appears. As the detective delves into this spiral of terror, the clues lead him to uncover a complex web of betrayals and grudges that have endured over the years.

Amid unexpected twists and an atmosphere of constant paranoia, it becomes increasingly difficult to distinguish between allies and enemies. With time running against him, he must unravel the hidden truth behind the medallion and confront the killer before more lives are lost in this web of blood and vengeance. But in a game where danger lurks around every corner, every answer seems to lead to more questions.
