In a dark and murky night of the city, a police detective finds himself in the midst of a complex investigation involving a group of night owls with dark secrets. The plot revolves around a mysterious murder that takes place in a jazz club, where rumors about a young singer intertwine with the lives of a couple of unreliable suspects.

As the detective follows the clues, he confronts the decadent nightlife of the city, where substance abuse and cynicism are part of everyday life. As the story unfolds, the connections between the characters are revealed: the sweet club mistress hiding her own past, a charismatic but dangerous gangster, and a tormented pianist seeking redemption. Each of them has their own motive for being involved, and unexpected revelations keep the viewer on edge.

The atmosphere of the movie is charged with tension and mystery, with a musical backdrop that reflects the internal struggles of the characters. In the end, the detective will not only face the true culprit but will also have to deal with his own demons and the reality of a life where difficult choices are the norm. In this intricate web of deception and emotions, the night is just the beginning of a journey that may cost more than anyone is prepared to lose.
