In the vast and desolate Texas highway, a man appears out of nowhere, aimlessly wandering with a blank memory. His name is Travis, and after four long years, he returns to his family's life, although he cannot remember how or why. His brother, a film buff with a somewhat New York lifestyle, picks him up and offers him a place to rebuild his life. But the question remains: where has Travis been all this time and what happened to him to get lost in silence?

As Travis tries to regain his former role as a father and husband, he faces the harsh reality of his previous life. His wife, Jane, has vanished, and his son, Hunter, barely knows his father. Their relationship is tense and laden with melancholy. However, frozen in time, Travis feels compelled to find Jane to complete the puzzle of his life.

As they embark on a journey across the United States, the settings become as desolate as they are emotional. With landscapes that tell their own stories and encounters with peculiar characters, this search turns into an emotional introspection on loss, family, and redemption. The visual and auditory connection of the film, along with its profound narrative, offers a cinematic experience that lingers in the mind long after the closing credits. Ultimately, will Travis be able to reclaim what he has lost?
