On the chaotic day of November 22, 1963, the world comes to a standstill after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas. The story unfolds through multiple perspectives connected by a tragic fate. From the moment the shot rings out, chaos erupts at Parkland Hospital, where a group of doctors and nurses faces the unprecedented pressure of treating a man who becomes a symbol of a nation in shock.

The film follows a young doctor, Dr. Jim Carrico, who becomes the face of the immediacy of a tragedy that is beyond his control. Alongside him, the hospital staff grapples with their own despair and sense of duty as they attempt to save the president's life. At the same time, we are introduced to the story of Abraham Zapruder, an ordinary citizen whose shocking footage of the assassination becomes a key element in understanding the event.

The lives of everyone involved intertwine in a struggle for truth and justice as the country confronts a new reality filled with uncertainty. Through these interconnected narratives, the film offers an intimate look at the humanity behind the political scandal, showing how a day of horror affects not only the protagonists but also an entire nation trying to find its way back to hope amidst despair.
