In a mental rehabilitation center, a psychiatrist trying to help his patients finds himself in the midst of an intense confrontation with a new inmate, a man with a turbulent and dark past. This new patient has been detained for a violent crime, and his distrust of society makes him a true enigma for the medical team. As the psychiatrist struggles to understand the young man’s mind, it is revealed that he harbors a deep resentment towards society, especially towards those who have laid the foundations of his trauma.

As the plot unfolds, the psychiatrist becomes obsessed with uncovering the reasons behind the inmate's rage, establishing a power struggle between the two. Intense therapy sessions reveal the personal traumas and internal conflicts that surround them, stripping bare both the weaknesses of the therapist and the wounds of the patient. The story unfolds in a claustrophobic environment, where tension permeates every corner and any slip can lead to chaos.

As the psychiatrist strives to save his patient, he discovers that understanding and empathy are the true keys to unlocking the darkest secrets of humanity. This exploration of pain, madness, and redemption delves into the fragility of the mind, challenging the notion that some ghosts will never disappear. The conclusion prompts viewers to reflect on the nature of madness and healing.
