In a 1930s Berlin, the life of a respected and beloved Jewish doctor begins to crumble as the Nazi regime gains power. The story centers on this healthcare professional who, at first, feels protected thanks to his status and skills. However, he soon realizes that the darkness of anti-Semitism looms over his life and environment.

As the social climate becomes increasingly hostile, he faces difficult decisions: he must choose between staying in his homeland and confronting the growing oppression or seeking refuge abroad. Tensions escalate when his friends and colleagues become trapped in the spiral of violence and discrimination that is ravaging the Jewish community. Caught between the duty to help his patients and fear for his life, the doctor becomes a symbol of resistance and courage.

With a narrative that illustrates the helplessness of an individual against a system rooted in injustice, the plot unfolds in an atmosphere of growing despair and anguish. The story culminates in a shocking climax, revealing the devastating consequences of hate and intolerance. This film serves as a necessary reminder of the dangers of dehumanization and the power of love and solidarity in dark times. Through his personal struggle, we are invited to reflect on our own responsibility in the face of injustice.
