Provocation

In a quiet Italian town, a group of young people begins to question the established order and the norms of society. It all starts when a circle of friends, eager to explore their identity and break away from conventions, organizes a series of provocative artistic performances. These works, which challenge expectations and the boundaries of morality, quickly become the center of attention in the town.

As the group seeks freedom of expression and authenticity, they start receiving fierce criticism from the community, especially from a strict art critic who sees their manifestations as a threat to traditional values. The tension escalates as the performances become bolder and more controversial, sparking a significant conflict between artistic freedom and social norms.

Through sharp dialogues and a vivid portrayal of 90s Italy, the film not only addresses the struggle for self-expression but also delves into themes such as friendship, betrayal, and the excess of morality. As chaos takes over the town, the protagonists are forced to confront their own insecurities, desires, and the search for their true selves. In an unexpected conclusion, not only is the concept of art redefined, but the essence of what it means to be free in a world full of restrictions is also revealed.
