In a whirlwind of mystery and suspense, an American private detective receives a peculiar mission in a turbulent international context. The story begins when a foreign prince, exiled in the United Kingdom, seeks assistance from Scotland Yard to secure his life from an imminent assassination attempt. Assigned to protect him, the detective embarks on a journey to Algiers, or as he calls it, “the place where tea is more than a drink: it’s a culture.”

As the plot unfolds, the protagonist must navigate a series of lethal challenges: elusive spies, palace intrigues, and a mobster willing to do anything for money and power who is trying to destabilize the peace. Tension rises with each clue discovered, as the detective surrounds himself with intriguing characters who could be allies or traitors. A flirtatious cabaret singer and a gentleman with a shady past add to the enigma, leaving the audience wondering who is truly a friend and who is an enemy.

The atmosphere is a vibrant cocktail of action and humor, with sparkling dialogues that keep surprising. Despite the dangers lurking, the detective not only pursues the wrongdoers but also navigates the intriguing world of human relationships. With unexpected twists and an explosive resolution, the quest for truth becomes an exhilarating journey that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats until the conclusion.
