In Texas, a Vietnam veteran returns home after years of absence, but the celebration of his return soon turns into a personal tragedy. Johnny, a former soldier with deep emotional scars, comes back to civilian life to find his family resentful and his friends absent. However, his greatest pain comes when his wife and son are brutally murdered by a group of criminals during a robbery. Consumed by rage and a desire for revenge, Johnny is drawn into a dark world of crime and violence.

With the help of a fellow veteran, he embarks on a chilling mission for justice, using all the skills he acquired on the battlefield. But the thirst for revenge not only transforms him into a relentless hunter; it also confronts him with his own inner demons, as every blow he lands takes him further away from the life he envisioned. The film is a raw portrayal of the struggle between morality and vengeance, where the hero becomes an anti-hero. With an intense and visceral approach, it explores the enduring effects of war and the void left in those who must rebuild their lives. In a world where justice seems elusive, Johnny becomes the instrument of his own redemption, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. How far will he be willing to go to heal his wounds and find peace?
