A Serbian Film

In a post-war Belgrade, a former porn actor, Marko, struggles to keep his family afloat while trying to leave his controversial career behind. Desperate for money, he accepts an offer from an enigmatic director to participate in a film that promises to be his big comeback. However, what begins as an seemingly harmless cinematic experience quickly transforms into an unimaginable nightmare.

As Marko delves into this project, he discovers that the production is much darker than he had anticipated. The film not only explores the limits of art but crosses them in horrifying ways. His life and that of his family are threatened, and the line between acting and brutality becomes increasingly blurred. With each unsettling scene, he is confronted with a series of personal traumas and abuse that challenges morality.

Trapped in an environment filled with secrets, violence, and grotesque exploitation, Marko finds himself in a heartbreaking dilemma: how far is he willing to go to save his family and redeem himself? The story becomes a dark reflection of the moral decay of society and the protagonist's struggle to maintain his humanity in the face of the unimaginable. With a provocative and disturbing approach, the plot challenges the norms of cinema and leaves an indelible impression that invites reflection on art and its consequences.
