In a tense and claustrophobic environment, we delve into the life of a phone operator at a helpline. The story follows this young man, who, with his talent and empathy, becomes the last hope for a distressed woman who has decided to end her life. The plot unfolds almost in real time, taking us through a frantic night as our protagonists, physically separated, struggle to connect emotionally.

As the conversation progresses, the woman's pain and desperation are revealed, as she feels trapped in a life with no way out. Through her words, we catch glimpses of her story: loneliness, abandonment, and a series of decisions that have led her to this critical moment. Our operator, with his calm voice and determination, becomes her anchor in the midst of chaos, trying to persuade her to reconsider her fatal choice.

However, the situation becomes increasingly intense, with time running against them and emotions running high. In this life-or-death game, human connection becomes a powerful weapon as both fight against their inner demons and the circumstances surrounding them. This intense psychological drama invites us to reflect on the value of listening and how, sometimes, a voice can make the difference between life and death.
