In this captivating story, we follow Helen, a woman with an apparently ordinary life who is about to experience a twist of fate. After losing her job, Helen finds herself at an emotional crossroads. As she rushes toward a train station, chance presents itself in the form of a door: if she manages to cross it in time, her life will take a different course that will lead her to discover love and happiness with a charming man named Gerry. Along this path, she faces ups and downs in her relationship, as well as making new friends and discovering who she truly is.

But what if, instead of crossing that door, she missed it? In this alternative, Helen's fate is completely different. Without a new romance in sight, the woman navigates the loneliness of her life, grappling with internal conflicts and the challenges of an existence devoid of intense emotions. Meanwhile, a series of unfortunate events lead her to realize that the decisions we make and the paths we choose are just as crucial as the opportunities we let slip by.

The plot interweaves brilliantly, showcasing how a simple moment can split life into two parallel realities. As the stories unfold, the viewer becomes ensnared in the intricate connections of love, fate, and the inevitable mark that each decision leaves on our path. In the end, we all wonder: what could have been?
