In the bustling city of Los Angeles, a young television director named Leigh moves into a modern apartment. From the moment she arrives, she feels uneasy due to a mysterious presence that seems to be watching her. At first, Leigh attributes it to her imagination, but soon she begins receiving strange phone calls from an unknown caller who appears to know every detail of her life. The situation becomes more disturbing when the glances and gestures of a stranger on the street haunt her, pushing her paranoia to its limits.

As Leigh attempts to establish her independence and continue with her professional life, the anguish grows. Her friends start to notice her state of anxiety and try to help, but as events escalate, it seems that no one can protect her. Although she feels trapped in a nightmare, Leigh decides to confront her fears and uncover who is behind this threat. With the help of an old flame who reappears at just the right moment, she embarks on an investigation that reveals a dark game of cat and mouse.

The atmosphere becomes increasingly tense and dangerous, and Leigh's struggle to regain her peace turns into a desperate race for survival. In a world where surveillance and fear intertwine, the young woman will discover how far she is willing to go to confront the threat lurking in the shadows, challenging not only her fears but also the very essence of her own identity.
