In a vibrant scene of the 1920s, a young idealist named Eddie lives in a small town, longing to escape his monotonous routine. His life takes an unexpected turn when he falls in love with a captivating and enigmatic girl named Betty, who arrives in town seeking new opportunities and excitement. She promises him a world filled with adventures and laughter but also shows him the harsher side of life.

What begins as a passionate and joyful romance soon transforms into a tumultuous journey. As Eddie and Betty deepen their relationship, they confront the pressures of their circumstances: the shadow of family expectations, personal aspirations, and the innate desire for freedom. While Betty explores a path of self-discovery, Eddie feels trapped between loyalty to his family and his yearning for a more thrilling life.

The colorful and cheerful days of spring reflect the awakening of their love, but the impending rains of reality threaten to overflow the happiness they are trying to build. With a musical backdrop and scenes full of energy, the story of these two dreamers from the jazz era intertwines moments of comedy and drama, leading us to wonder if true love can survive the storms of life and, above all, if being together is truly worth it in this ever-changing world.
