In this funny French comedy, we follow the story of an ordinary man named Antoine Maréchal, who embarks on an unexpected journey. Antoine, a Parisian who seems to have a magnet for trouble, wins a trip across Italy, but his luck takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a cunning mobster. In an attempt to escape his problems, Antoine unwittingly becomes involved in a smuggling scheme, taking away a mysterious car filled with illegal goods.

His life turns into a rollercoaster of comedic situations as he tries to get rid of the car and the criminals pursuing him. At the same time, Antoine encounters unexpected enemies and accomplices in his own way, including a clumsy gangster who can only cause more chaos. As things get more complicated, the hapless protagonist tries to keep his sanity while his journey becomes an odyssey filled with mishaps, chases, and a myriad of misunderstandings.

With palpable humor and a touch of social commentary, this film not only delivers abundant laughs but also provides a glimpse into life in France during the 1960s. The chemistry between the characters is evident, and each unexpected twist keeps the audience on the edge of their seats. Without a doubt, it is a heartwarming adventure that fuses slapstick comedy with intrigue and surprise, making this journey unforgettable.
